Ruby on Rails Experts

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of extremely strong RoR Experience and  4+ years of server side web development experience. Candidate must have proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, Prototype/JQuery, Scriptaculous, Linux, MySQL, Git, and Capistrano. Experience with clustering and scalable web environments, cloud computing and Agile Software Development is good to have.

UI Designer

We require UI Designers with clean visual design sense. Candidate should have 3+ years experience in designing online and consumer software product interfaces. Candiate must possesses expert diagramming and screen layout skills, knowledge of best design policies and practices, and proficiency in industary standard designing tools.
